Burpee + DB Front Squat ladder ladder:
1 burpee + 1 DB FS in the 1st minute, 2 + 2 in the 2nd. minute,
etc. go till you fail!

Burpee + DB strict press ladder ladder:
1 burpee + 1 DB SP in the 1st minute, 2 + 2 in the 2nd. minute,
etc. go till you fail!

Burpee + DB thruster ladder:
1 burpee + 1 DB Th in the 1st minute, 2 + 2 in the 2nd. minute,
etc. go till you fail!

10’ cap per ladder, 3’ rest between ladders
