Skills and the bills they pay, two options:
A: 20’ clock, alternating every minute
Odd: 3/2 muscle up (bar or ring, whichever needs work)
Even: alternate btw: 10 alternating pistol squats and 6-8 strict HSPU

B. 6 sets of 60” Farmer hold or FR hold
with as much weight as possible,
2’ easy bike or row in between attempts

Pretty much the worst combo, ever

3 reps of each,
then 6,
then 9,
then 12....
